Enrolment Procedure

If you wish to enrol your child at Dianella Secondary College, please visit the front office admin and bring along the following documents: 

• your child’s birth certificate (telephone the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on 1300 305 021 if you do not have one)
• your child’s Immunisation History Statement (for instructions on how to obtain this statement visit the Department of Health​​​​​)
• proof of your current address (such as a recent electricity, water, telephone or bank statement)
• copies of Family Court orders for confirmation of proof of name or custody arrangements.
• All Travel Documents if child was born overseas
• Most recent school report
• Completed Part A  Expression of Interest Enrolment Form
• Completed Specialist Programs Application Form (if applying)

Once the Part A Expression of Interest Enrolment Form is submitted, you will then receive a Notice of Acceptance.

Successful applicants will then be required to complete the Part B Enrolment Pack and bring further documentation into the school to finalise the enrolment.
